Maple-Bourbon Glazed Grilled Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
2 racks of pork ribs
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup bourbon
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create the maple bourbon glaze.
Coat the pork ribs with the glaze and let them marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the ribs for about 15-20 minutes per side or until they are fully cooked and have a nice caramelized glaze.
