Classic Caesar Salad.

Ingredients:
Romaine lettuce, chopped
Croutons
Grated Parmesan cheese
Caesar dressing
Grilled chicken (optional)

Instructions:
Toss the chopped lettuce with the Caesar dressing until well coated. Add croutons and grated Parmesan cheese. Optionally, top with grilled chicken for a heartier meal.

Caprese Salad.

Ingredients:
Fresh tomatoes, sliced
Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a plate, alternating them. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:
Cooked quinoa
Cucumber, diced
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Feta cheese, crumbled
Fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix the cooked quinoa, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, and feta cheese. Add fresh parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:
Beef steak, grilled and sliced
Mixed greens
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Carrots, shredded
Red bell pepper, sliced

Lime juice
Fish sauce

Brown sugar
Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, mixed greens, cucumber, carrots, red bell pepper, cilantro, and mint leaves. In a separate bowl, whisk lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes (if using) to make the dressing. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Ingredients:
Roasted beets, sliced

Goat cheese, crumbled
Candied pecans or walnuts
Balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions:

Ingredients:
Grilled corn kernels (cut from the cob)

Cotija cheese, crumbled
Lime juice
Mayonnaise
Chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine grilled corn, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro. In a separate small bowl, mix lime juice, mayonnaise, chili powder, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss. Top with crumbled Cotija cheese.

Ingredients:
Grilled chicken breast, sliced
Napa cabbage, shredded
Carrots, julienned
Edamame beans
Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds
Soy sauce
Rice vinegar
Honey
Sesame oil
Fresh ginger, grated

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken, Napa cabbage, carrots, edamame beans, red bell pepper, and green onions. Ingredients:
Apples, diced
Celery, thinly sliced
Grapes, halved
Walnuts, chopped
Raisins
Greek yogurt
Honey
Lemon juice

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together diced apples, sliced celery, halved grapes, chopped walnuts, and raisins. In a separate small bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice to make the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
