Mediterranean Quinoa Egg Salad.

Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced tomato
2 tablespoons chopped Kalamata olives
