Egg Salad Recipes

Classic Egg Salad.

Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
