    Hi everyone! I love to work out and I am trying to build muscle. I would like to compete in the future. 36 years old, 5’2” and around 105lbs currently. I’m big on protein shakes, but what kind of creatine is the best? Capsule form or powders? Flavors? Any input would be appreciated!

    Hi, also 36, 5ft2 and around 100lb mark! Creatine monohydrate is better. I switch between capsules and powder, powder absorbs quicker though.
