    I’ve always wanted to start calisthenics but I never knew how it works or what to even focus on..

    Calisthenics is simply a form of exercise where you use your own body weight as resistance, contrary to free weights you would use in bodybuilding or power lifting.

    If you’re using calisthenics to become a better fighter, then you are likely much more interested in general physical preparedness versus skill-based work.
