    Anyone ever smoke mutton? Shoulder, ribs etc? If so, how did it turn out? Should I give it a go?

    Ribs yes. But can be fatty. I did it just like pork ribs then finished it hot and fast to crisp it.

    I smoked a mutton shoulder once. Made pulled mutton with it. It was very good.

    Yes. I smoked a boneless leg of lamb and came out perfect, was delicious
