Beef Stir-Fry.

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the beef slices and toss to coat.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the beef to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables. Cook for an additional minute.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.

Beef Tacos.

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Taco shells or tortillas
Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc.

Instructions:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onion is tender.
Drain excess fat from the skillet. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Warm the taco shells or tortillas according to package instructions.
Fill the shells or tortillas with the beef mixture. Top with desired toppings. Serve and enjoy.

Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry.

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef, thinly sliced

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Burger buns
Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, condiments, etc.

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into patties.
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Toast the burger buns lightly, if desired.
Assemble the burgers with your preferred toppings. Serve hot.

Beef and Vegetable Soup.

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef stew meat, cubed
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups beef broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
In the same pot, add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Return the beef to the pot. Add beef broth, diced tomatoes (with juices), thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 1-2 hours or until the beef is tender.
Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff.

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Egg noodles or rice for serving

Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil and butter over medium heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the mushrooms are browned and the onion is tender.
Sprinkle flour over the mushroom mixture and stir to combine. Cook for a minute to cook out the raw flour taste.
Slowly whisk in the beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to incorporate any browned bits. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream and return the beef to the skillet. Heat through without boiling.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over egg noodles or rice.

Beef and Black Bean Chili.

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, etc.

Instructions:
Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
Drain excess fat from the pot. Add black beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer uncovered for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot, garnished with your preferred toppings.

Korean Beef Bulgogi.

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Steamed rice for serving

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Mix well.
Add the beef slices to the bowl and toss to coat. Allow the beef to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through.
Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot over steamed rice.

Beef and Cheese Quesadillas.

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour tortillas
Shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc., for serving

Instructions:
In a skillet, cook the beef slices until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add bell pepper, onion, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the beef to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables. Cook for an additional minute.
Heat another skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top with a portion of the beef and vegetable mixture. Place another tortilla on top.
Cook for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are lightly browned. Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until browned.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Cut the quesadillas into wedges. Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, or your preferred toppings.

Beef and Potato Curry.

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef stew meat, cubed
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 can of coconut milk
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Cooked rice or naan bread for serving

Instructions:
Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
In the same pot, add onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
Return the beef to the pot. Add curry powder, turmeric, potatoes, coconut milk, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 1-2 hours or until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
